Sally R for Model Number 110.27092602 I dropped coins in the washer. I removed the agitator (low boy). No coins. I understand coins can get in the pump and break it. I can't find a filter. What now? Do I have to remove the basket? If so, what am I looking for? Are the coins in the motor below the basket? I really really appreciate your help.
Answer Sally, You will want to make sure that the coins are not located in between the tubs, so you would want to pull the inner basket. If they are not located there then you will want to take the front panel off the unit and access the drain pump. Take the hose off that goes to the tub and check the hose.
