Hello Leo. No, It sounds like the unit is siphoning out the water in the unit. Check and make sure there is only 6" of drain hose in the drain pipe. Also, make sure the drain pipe is 36" off the floor in height. You will need to check and make sure the drain hose has an air gap going into the drain pipe. If it is air tight, it will siphon.

Hello Maria, You will want to make sure that there is nothing clogged in the drain pump that would cause the motor to not turn and allow unit to spin. If this checks ok then leave pump off motor and see if the unit will spin with pump off. If there is no noise at all you will want to also do a continuity check of the lid switch to make sure that it has continuity when lid is closed. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter. http://forum.appliancepartspros.com/oven-repair-including-ranges-cooktops/4810-how-check-continuity-ohmmeter.html

Hello Thomas, You would have to look to see exactly where it is leaking from. It could be the drain hose285664, the tub seal 285203 or drain pump WP3363394. To remove the cabinet you will take the 2 screws out from control panel, one on each endcap, and roll control up. Once up, you will use a flat blade screw driver to remove the 2 clips holding the cabinet to unit. You will want to pull cabinet and see if you can determine where leak is coming from. If coming from under tub by transmission then you would need to replace the seal kit.
