I unplugged the unit. Let the evap thaw. Measured with an ohm meter the temp sensor, defrost sensor and evap heaters. Defrost sensor measured completely " closed". Put sensor into hot water and ice, the reading never changed. Ordered sensor from AP PROS, got the part extremely fast, installed part, freezer was making ice in an hour. Had previously blown the power fuse 2 times in this microwave, so I checked the fuse first using an ohmmeter. This time fuse was good.
