The Push Button Set is an OEM part for Bosch dishwashers. It includes all buttons needed for cycle selection and temperature adjustments on the control panel.
Causes of a bad push button set can include wear from frequent use, moisture exposure compromising electronics, or physical damage from impact or other mishandling.
Symptoms of a bad push button set include:
- Buttons sticking, failing to depress properly, or malfunctioning entirely

Removed 10 Star Screws to get the door cover off and the fascia panel snapped off. Inserted the 6 buttons and the door handle into the facia panel prior to snapping it in place. Screwed the door cover back in place and the job was done. The facia has two tabs that need to be inserted into the door. Be careful not to crack them as they seem fragile. The first facia panel I ordered arrived with with one of those tabs cracked off.

I did a little research on the internet. I check to make sure it was getting power with Ohm meter. I took the front panel off to see what I could find. I found 2 dead roaches in the control board box and there was some brown stuff on the control board. I checked the price to replace the part online and local. Bought the control board/touchpad piece. It is a kitchen aide/whirlpool part.

It was plug and place once I got it in there.
