I found my parts and ordered the six I needed, however I did not pick up on the difference from the front wheels to the rear wheels in the the descriptions. The rear wheels are narrower and I ordered all front wheels, six fronts instead of four front and two rear. I made it work by using the axle from the new wheel with two old narrow wheels. Read more

Ordered new wheel assembly, which came in about a day and a half. The broken assembly was on the left front so I only had to slide the dishwasher out just enough to expose the two mounting screws on the outside of machine.When you remove the old assm there are two rubber washers on the back side. If you didn't order new ones,remember to remove them from broken assembly and install them onto the new piece.Overall this is an easy fix and took about ten minutes including pulling the machine away... Tipped the dishwasher on to its front, loosened the drain hose clamp and pulled the hose off. Then unscrew the fill hose which looks like a garden hose adapter. Cut the zip tie on the drain hose and take note of how both hoses are routed, then pull both hoses out the back of the dishwasher. Insert new hoses and route them correctly and hook everything back up. Couple of notes, I didn't have to take off the outer cabinet to do this repair. 1, Removed roller tray front stoppers from each side. 2. Pulled out empty top rack from dishwasher. 3. Removed existing top rack roller. 4. Inserted new roller where old one was located. 5. Repeated for each roller. 6. Inserted top rack back into dishwasher. 7. Enjoyed using both racks again!! Read more

The vertical shaft showed a slight bend so I replaced the bent shaft with a new shaft. I should have done that when I was replacing the gears. Although we have not mixed any more bread, I ran the mixer at a both low and high speeds for several minutes without any more gear clashing noises. It now purrs ! Somehow one of the mounting brackets disappeared after I had the cabinets and counter replaced, but these were a perfect replacement. They don't stick out as wide as the original brackets, but I think these are a better design. Also, the I found the original brackets online, but they were way overpriced, so i was glad to find these. Read more

Checked out You tube video. Easy tune up. One gasket was damaged and I did not notice that the brush holders has no brushes. I believe a quick call to Appliance parts pros will fix this, besides I need a few more parts. I expect to get another 20+ years from this KitchenAide mixer, once repairs are competed. Watch out for the single lock washer located on the rear upper housing screw, you don't want to lose this! Read more

The replacement of the arm took a total of 3 minutes, all I needed was a nut driver for the easy job, taking the old arm out and putting the new one in, exact replacement , I appreciate you getting the part out as fast as you did.
