After reading online I decided to attempt installing the control panel. For this particular model, I removed 4 screws at top inside (2 center are longer fyi). There is one more holding the panel in the center, but the front door panel needs to be removed. There are screws all along the inside. Remove those and slide the door panel up and out. 2. Unscrew all of the screws on the inside of the dishwasher door.
3. Take off the door and put it aside
4. Loosen the panel that contains the control board, control panel and the door lock mechanism
5. Using a screw driver, push in the small moveable tab in the center of the plastic clip that is holding the control board to the plastic panel.

Turn off power to machine, Take off door panel - 12 screws. hold up door panel a bit and make sure to remove the ribbon from the touch pad to the control module (use some pliers to rock it out of the board).
