Microwave Snowblower Traction Control Cable Parts

My Advantium worked fine except the clock and cooking instructions were dim and bounced in a circular pattern over the left side of the display. I tried unplugging it and once or twice that seemed to help. When I finally decided to take the control panel off I had a difficult time until I saw an old remark from a 2009 forum discussion from a guy that said there were about a dozen screws to remove to get to the control panel. Replaced the "Encoder Board". My GE Advantium control panel came of fairly easily. There was 2 screws on top to remove a vent director giving access to a single screw that held the control panel in place. Once I removed that screw, I had to slide the control panel upwards by about 1/2" before it came off. I contacted Appliance Parts Pros, and told them what the problem was and what it was doing. They sent me an email with the parts number needed to complete the repair. This was a built in a cabinet unit and I required help removing it and reinstalling it. The repair was relative easy once I had the parts and it took approximately four hours,. Last Saturday my microwave display stopped working. I pulled the unit out of the wall and tried to remove the display cover assembly but couldn't figure out how it was attached. I contacted AppliancePartsPros on their 24/7 live chat site and talked with Dustin, one of their customer support techs, about the possible remedies for my situation. I ordered both the Grille Assembly and two Grille Clips because it wasn't clear that the clips came with the assembly; they do. I was glad that I did because one of the clips on the assembly was defective, so I had a back up. NOTE: save your old screws; they are NOT included. Installation is relatively simple.
