What's included: 1 main control board Install notes:
- Disconnect power before servicing; risk of electric shock
- Use ESD protection; handle the board by the edges only
- Photograph and label connectors; transfer wires exactly and fully seat each plug
- After installation, restore power and follow any model-specific service sheet/configuration steps provided with the appliance

Front door would no longer dispense cold water Marc B. • Port Orange , FL • February 18, 2018
After some simple troubleshooting, determined that it was likely the (rear) main control board. Once the new board arrived, it was installed in 5-10 minutes once the refrigerator was pulled out from the wall and the area cleaned up a bit. My only negative feedback was that delivery was too slow by today's standards. Fedex Post was used and in my experience it usually adds an extra 2-days compared to other ground shipping methods. The part was ordered on Sunday night. It shipped out of...

When refrigerator would go into defrost it would trip breaker John M. • Fort Myers , FL • November 01, 2020
I replaced the defrost thermostat and the defrost timer. That corrected the problem. Be careful when ordering your parts. I put in my model# and they gave me a defrost timer that was incorrect. I had to return at my cost and order the correct one. Don't assume because you put in your model# that the part is correct. On each part there is a box to put in your model# to check to see if it fits your model. Don't assume that because you put your model# in before that it fits. If not sure, call them...

Maytag refrigerator had flashing lights and the ice maker door repeatedly flapping Michael J. • Bakersfield , CA • September 09, 2014
First I googled my model number and found out others had this problem. I was quickly able to find out the cause of the problem. After calling maytag they informed me of a $85.00 appointment fee that didn't include parts or labor. I decided to repair it myself!
I ordered the part from appliancepartspros.com and in 2 days the part was on my front porch! I turned to YouTube to watch the video once more on how to install the part. It took two tools and 15 -20 minutes and was very simple. My guess...

42 inch Monogram refrigerator stopped cooling. Frank V. • Miami , FL • October 05, 2020
Replaced the Main Control Board Assembly along with the evaporator and condenser fan motors. I thoroughly cleaned the very very dirty condenser with a 4$ brush offered by the parts specialist and while I was at it, I changed the door seals and replaced one of the door trays. Beats the crap out of spending $10,000 on a new refrigerator that because of Covid 19 wouldn't be here before the middle of November.
Thank you Matt for your help!
