I removed the top panel of the washer and removed the front console. since I could not order the button I was forced to order the console. you did a terrific job on taking my order and shipping it within the same day. I paid extra for the one day service and received my part around 630 pm because it is a residence.( I only wish they would have delivered it before noon with one day service)
Once I unpacked the part it took me between 15 to 30 minutes to install. Put the washer back...

Do-It-Yourself Stories from Customers like You
Timer switch on washing machine would not advance Mark G. • Bay Shore , NY • October 20, 2014
My wife suspected that the washing machine was broken because the load of wash started in the morning was still running at dinner time.
I determined all the functions of the machine worked except the timer. AppliancePartsPro's website helped to confirm my diagnosis. Incidentally, this all took place in the evening...when I called there was someone in Customer Service to take my call and who also confirmed my diagnosis. I ordered the part and was glad to know there was no risk since I could...

No power of functionality Steven H. • Orlando , FL • June 03, 2017
I researched the problem online and tried to troubleshoot it by unplugging the machine and holding the start button for five seconds. I plugged it back in and still no response, which indicated it was most likely a bad Main PCB. I order the part and with Appliance Parts Pros' superb standard shipping service I received it a day and a half later. I removed the cover on the bad Main PCB, snapped a quick photo of the wiring and then installed the new Main PCB. I plugged in the washer and it...

Do-It-Yourself Stories from Customers like You
GE washing machine sporadically agigated during the wash cycle and sporadically spun during the spin/dry cycle. Occasionally it would work if I unplugged the machine and replugged it in. Michael N. • Estero , FL • April 06, 2014
A service tech diagnosed the problem as the control board. He ruled out other potential problems. Estimated it would cost close to $300 to fix above the $90 service charge. I figured that I could do it myself and ordered the control board, opened up the back, removed the original board and installed the new one. Took about an hour. Washing machine is working again. Original service call cost and part totaled less than $200. I'm happy. Hope that the machine functions for many more years.

It was leaking from the bottom Edwin H. • Baltimore , MD • September 01, 2015
I took of the backsplash and took the hose off of the pressure switch and accidently broke off the stem of the pressure switch and the catch parts of the pressure switch. I put some Krud Cutter into the pressure switch hose and blew into it until I got air to flow. I stopped the tub from over flowing and replace the pressure switch and backsplash.

E 90 error code on frigidaire affinity washer Charles L. • Omaha , NE • June 02, 2015
We ordered a new control board for the washer after seeing other success stories to resolve this error. I have never done any work on a large appliance, but figured I'd give it a shot. All I needed was a screw driver and about 20 minutes and this was fixed. Works just as expected.
I ordered this part on Friday...it was at my doorstep the very next morning. Unbelievably fast turnaround which was a nice bonus.
