My washing machine smelt horrible Bryan W. • Ogdensburg , NY • August 20, 2018
First off I have to say that Appliance Parts Pro's saved me from hiring a repair person, and quite possibly just getting rid of my washing machine. Their video's helped out SOOOOOOOO much and the advice one of their agents gave me over their online chat helped me trouble shoot something when I got stuck. On top of this they shipped my parts fast enough that less than 12 hrs later they arrived, which allowed me to get my machine up and running way faster than the other options I had available....

Leak on upper left side of 30yr old Maytag washer. Mark H. • Manassas , VA • February 07, 2019
I noticed a lot of water on the floor one day. I had no idea where it came from (all pipes in the area near the stationary tub were dry, there was a small wet spot near the washer, but most of the water was more than 2ft from it). Started a small load and noticed water running down the outside of the unit. Immediately stopped the cycle and removed the front of the washer. Restarted the cycle and could see water spraying from the intake hose. Stopped the cycle and advanced it to spin to...

Leaking water from bottom of washer found hose cracked just below the tub Terry S. • Morgan Hill , CA • April 23, 2014
I replaced the hose between the tub and the pump. The clamp screws were quite rusted but I used a socket wrench on them since they have hex heads in addition to the screwdriver slot. If I had tried to use a screwdriver, I think it would have been difficult. I did not reuse the original clamps but replaced them with hardware store hose clamps.

Leaking water Jeffrey M. • Medina , OH • November 15, 2014
I had previously replaced the transmission in my two year old Whirlpool Cabrio washing machine. Overall it was in good shape but gets heavy use. That repair was approximately $200 and worked for several months. Recently it began leaking. At first I thought it was the tub-to-shaft seal. I replaced this part but it was still leaking. It turns out it was the simplest of things... The drain hose was not connected very well! I replaced the drain hose ($11 part) and while I was at it I...

Drain hose was leaking Haide H. • Chatham Township , NJ • May 01, 2017
The video was very helpful. the hardest part is getting off old rusted parts. I had to use a hacksaw to remove one of the old clamps. I had to open the bottom of the washing machine to remove of the other clamp. Putting the new parts on was easy. Getting everything apart was a challenge. Putting the new parts on was an easy 5 minute job.

F02 fail to drain repeated suds warnings John C. • Eagle River , AK • February 18, 2019
Prior to ordering parts I had pulled the pump strainer basket and cleaned it out. There was both soft and hard scale build up. The tub-to-pump hose was also pretty crusty/slimey. Still got warnings for SUDS and repeated F02 errors. Ordered parts and replaced the pump, tub-to-pump hose, interior drain hose and exterior drain hose (both hoses has some slime build up). The water standing in the tub when I emptied it the first time had very little suds but we kept getting the SUDS warning. ...

Washing machine not draining completely Kenneth L. • Telford , PA • October 16, 2016
I searched YouTube and found several videos that helped me diagnose the most probable cause. I learned how to open the cabinet and access the parts from the videos. I ordered a new discharge hose and a replacement pump. The parts came in the next day with the standard shipping option! It turned out that the old discharge hose was blocked. I decided to replace the pump also since I had the machine open and the new pump was only $22. It's amazing what you can learn online!

Hose leaking Sheilah C. • Pylesville , MD • May 06, 2014
Took the old part off and fitted the new one. I used the old plastic ball from the old hose and it worked fine. Next time I would replace the original clamp with a 4 inch hose clamp. The original clamp is way tooooooooooo hard to put back on....with a different clip it would be a 10 minute job at most.

Leaking washer Jeremy W. • Spencerport , NY • October 03, 2015
Seems like a poor design-hose developed a leak from rubbing on the support pad beneath it. Pretty easy fix if you follow one of the instructional videos online as far as how to get the front panel off of the washer. You can't change this part from the rear access panel. My washer and dryer are stacked so it added some time to the job.

I spoke with the experts at parts pro and they suspected the main power board. I ordered the main power board along with the control panel. Since I was taking everything apart I decided to replace other components as well- thermostats, thermistor , sensor wire. When I was all done the old LG was back to working like new. Oh while I was at it I cleaned and vacuumed out the complete machine. Great factory parts, videos p, service and videos, the price of all the parts was less than a repair...

The Injector Valve and Nozzle is an OEM part for Whirlpool washing machines. It is responsible for controlling the flow of water and detergent mixture into the washer tub, ensuring effective cleaning performance.
Causes of a faulty injector valve and nozzle can include clogs or blockages, wear and tear over time, or damage from debris or foreign objects. When the injector valve and nozzle are not functioning properly, it can result in issues such as inadequate detergent dispensing, improper mixing of detergent and water, or water leakage during the washing cycle.
Symptoms of a bad injector valve and nozzle may include:
- Insufficient or inconsistent detergent dispensing
- Excessive foaming or lack of suds during the wash cycle
- Water leakage around the detergent compartment
- Ineffective cleaning performance
This OEM part is also compatible with Maytag, KitchenAid, Jenn-Air, Amana, Magic Chef, Admiral, Norge, Roper, and Kenmore models.
