Washer would not start running thought door was open C. D. • Austin , TX • April 28, 2017
This switch fixed a very frustrating problem, 75% of the time the washer refused to run because it "thought" the door was open. Replacing the switch was a very easy, in expensive, 5-min fix. The washer runs like new.
When taking off the gasket, there is a metal ring that holds the gasket in place. It is connected by a spring. Find the spring, put a flat head screwdriver between the spring and the gasket and pull the ring off. The gasket will then peel back, giving you access to the switch and...

- Access the switch at the door opening/front panel; release mounting screws or locking tabs and remove the switch

Wash machine once in a while would stop running Daniel B. • Leesburg , FL • May 13, 2016
I found that turning the water level switch back and forth would activate the machine So I replaced the water level switch and the plastic hose that connected to it.
I purchased a clamp in the purchase, but it was the wrong size! There wasn't a clamp used in the original set up, so I installed the switch and hose without it! It was the video instructions and having the correct parts that made that made this a easy repair!
Thank You

F02 fail to drain repeated suds warnings John C. • Eagle River , AK • February 18, 2019
Prior to ordering parts I had pulled the pump strainer basket and cleaned it out. There was both soft and hard scale build up. The tub-to-pump hose was also pretty crusty/slimey. Still got warnings for SUDS and repeated F02 errors. Ordered parts and replaced the pump, tub-to-pump hose, interior drain hose and exterior drain hose (both hoses has some slime build up). The water standing in the tub when I emptied it the first time had very little suds but we kept getting the SUDS warning. ...

Genuine Speed Queen part

This is a start switch intended for use with dryers. With time or because of damage caused by accident, the start switch may stop working correctly. If the start switch isn't working, then the dryer will not function properly, and a replacement part should be ordered. If the push to start switch doesn't respond, it could be damaged or broken. Replacing the push to start switch on a dryer is a simple process. Start by unplugging the machine. Remove the back panel and pull out the old push to start button. Put the new button in its place and reattach the rear panel. Wear gloves for protection. Restore power only after the complete reassembly is performed. This push-to-start button is a genuine OEM replacement part. It is sold as an individual unit. The part is sourced from the manufacturer and made of durable materials. The push-to-start button can be installed in various dryer models made by SpeedQueen and Alliance brands.
