The LG Model LG Washer model WM2487HRMA ISSUE: Washing Machine was filling very slowly. Overnight it would fill about 1 or 2 gallons. I removed the top cover and found the left main suspension spring broken. Appliance Part Pros had the new springs (2 I replaced both) at my door in 26 hours. Excellent service from this company. If your LG Front load washers sounds like a freight train, STOP USING IT. You're doing more damage and will need more parts to fix it. After the noise became unbearable, I began to explore and disassemble. I knew enough to know the bearings must be bad but had never done this repair before. Washer won't spin or makes grinding noises? The motor rotor bolt secures the rotor to the motor shaft. Requires a 17mm socket for installation.
Replaces torn or leaking washer door boot gasket that seals the tub opening. Replace if you see water pooling, tears, or mildew buildup. Confirm fit.
