The Affresh Dishwasher Cleaner is an OEM accessory designed specifically for Whirlpool brand dishwashers. This citrus-scented tablet removes residue, odor-causing soils, and food particles from the dishwasher tub and gasket area during the cleaning cycle. Symptoms of a buildup include unwanted odors emanating from the dishwasher, especially after opening the door. Over time, residue and grime accumulate in hard-to-reach areas and provide an environment for mold and mildew growth.
Regular cleaning helps prevent this by removing leftover soils before they harden or encourage bacterial activity. The Affresh tablet utilizes a unique blend of cleaning ingredients that target soils and biofilms through a combination of powerful scrubbing action and natural cleaning enzymes.
As the #1 recommended dishwasher cleaner brand, Affresh is also compatible for use in Maytag, Jenn-Air, Amana, Magic Chef, Admiral, Norge, Roper and select Kenmore dishwashers for consistent cleanliness and freshness. The package includes six tablets 4.2 ounces

Very smooth. I ordered the door and the control panel. It is helpful to have an extra set of hands when removing the screws from the door or place something under it so it doesn’t drop. The door comes off with about 10 screws. They are different length. Short screws go into steel, long go into plastic. Remove the door and upper facia/control panel. You’ll need to disconnect the wires. The panel has two parts that need to be transferred. 1. The electronic panel. It’s white and has a row of...

Door gasket was deteriorating leaving black marks on anything that touched it. Janice C. • Piney Flats , TN • August 26, 2023
We replaced the black door seal gasket around the front of the dishwasher. The old black seal gasket had begun to deteriorate, every time it was touched black stuff would rub off onto hands and onto utensils in the upper basket. We wore some disposable gloves to remove the old seal to avoid getting the black stuff on our hands. Before entirely removing the old seal gasket we studied its placement to tell which way the new seal gasket should be placed. We didn’t want to place the seal gasket...

I bought the door and bottom seal and was already to go. Appliance Pro got the parts to me in 2 days. I read an article that said if the spray arm holes are blocked that this could cause a wave in the dishwasher that could cause the water to fly up to the inlet used for drying and the water could run down between the front and inside door appearing to be a leak. I checked and my spray arms were indeed blocked. I pulled them out, cleaned them up, reinstalled, and low and behold that was appeared...

I changed the control board (00498022) in the door of my Thermador dishwasher. Thermador, Bosch, and Siemens all use the same board for the indoor controls and display. This required a #15-star head driver to remove the screws. I used an impact wrench (set to a low torq setting) to speed things up.
There are approximately 12 screws to remove. Two are long. The rest are short.
Be careful to hold the door together as the last screws are removed.
