The broken track and shelf stud were the most important part of the repair. I was astounded to find parts for a 20 year old fridge. I was concerned about how to remove the damaged stud. As luck would have it, your site contained a video on how to remove it. Without the video, I would not have been so successful and would most likely have done more harm than good. Watched a few of your well put together videos and could not afford a new Refrigerator right now because it was a built in so decided with the frost on the bottom of the freezer grill and the Refrigerator warming up decided to replace the Heater Element and Thermostat Defrost which took some time but so far so good lets hope that is all that is needed saved over 10,000.00 dollars for a new 48" built in for now! Removed the handle with two screws on the inside front and pulled out the custom wood panel. Pulled the compactor out from under cabinet. Tipped it over on back of unit, supporting it with a little foot stool. Unscrewed two lower screws at bottom of unit holding black trim panel (that held wood panel in place) and lower black rubber flap. I decided if one needed replacing I might as well both two--made sense to me. None were available locally so I ordered them on-line. Surprisingly they came sooner than I expected. I also found a video on the internet that clearly showed the procedure. The actual repairs took 15 minutes or less.
