It was not hard at all to replace our refrigerator door gasket. First I found appliancepartspros.com because I was looking up on YouTube how to do the replacement. Your video was excellent and showed me that I indeed could perform the job. I had a question about the replacement door gasket and emailed your service team at the end of the day. By next morning you had replied with the actual part number for the gasket. Shipping was fast. I had watched the video several times and so performed... Read more
Refrigerator warm but freezer cold? Noisy evaporator fan? This mounting grommet reduces vibration and noise. Takes about 1 hour to replace with video guide.
I could not be happier with my Appliance Parts Pros experience. I googled my symptoms, and the 2nd result was a video from Appliance Parts Pros describing what the problem might be and exactly how to fix it. There was such a close match between my symptoms and the description that I ordered the parts --- with a 365 day return policy, my risk was limited. Almost too good to be true, the parts arrived next business day! I took it slow (about an hour) to install the new evaporator fan motor,... Read more

My Whirlpool fridge is 12 yrs old. The crisper drawer supports finally gave up. I googled the make and model number for repair parts and AppliancePartsPros.com came up. I was actually surprised that I found the support peg and stud. I watched the video on their site on how to replace them, saw that it was easy and ordered the parts that afternoon. To my utter amazement the parts came via FedEx the following afternoon! I have to admit if I didn't watch the video I wouldn't have known how... Read more

The broken track and shelf stud were the most important part of the repair. I was astounded to find parts for a 20 year old fridge. I was concerned about how to remove the damaged stud. As luck would have it, your site contained a video on how to remove it. Without the video, I would not have been so successful and would most likely have done more harm than good. All I needed for the repair was an open end wrench. It took about 30 seconds to remove and replace. I could not be more please... Read more

Ice dispenser not working or coupling spins freely? This motor coupling connects the dispenser motor to the auger. 10-minute fix with channel lock pliers.
I first thought it was the auger in the ice container so I changed it and it was not the problem. I then talked to ApplianceParts customer service that it might be the yoke on the motor that turned the auger or even the motor itself even though it worked. I ordered the parts, the yoke was supposed to be able to be changed by itself but mind would not come off the motor shaft so I had to cut it off just to remove it from the unit so I had to change the motor anyway because of this. So I advise... Read more

Ice won't switch between crushed and cubed? The dispenser solenoid controls the crusher mechanism. Most DIYers replace it in 25-30 minutes with basic tools.
Although the solenoid I purchased did not fix the problem, nor the "mother electronic board", or the motor, my experience with Appliance Parts Pros has been excellent. Extremely easy to look-up parts for my model refrigerator. Best part is their video instruction that gives you step-by-step hands-on how to remove and install. I would highly recommend these folks. If a lady such as myself can do repairs based on their instruction, anyone can. Thank you for providing such an informative... Read more

Ice not dispensing or only partially crushing? The ice dispenser auger moves ice from bin to chute. DIY-friendly repair, typically 30 minutes.
Had to replace the auger. The auger on my ice maker was made of plastic and had broken pieces off it. The new one is made of metal and seems to work much better. Was a fairly simple repair. However pay close attention when disassembling, I recommend using your cell phone and snap a pic of the different stages as I became a little confused when putting it back together. Ordered the part and it was here the next day. I'm very happy to have my ice coming down the chute again. By the way, I'm a 70... Read more
