Replaced entire ice maker. A couple of important points. (1) The ice maker module does not include all parts. The door flap for example is not included. I replaced the Ice Dispenser Lever. Since the replacement part is only available in white and my fridge is bone, I replaced also the Water Dispenser Lever, so it looks much better.
