Apparently, Whirlpool only gives you 3 wire freezer shelves, even though there are holes for 4 shelves. After being tired of not having enough shelves, I found the part I needed on AppliancePartsPros and placed an order. I received the shelf within 3 days! This is the second time I've used AppliancePartsPros and I've been extremely satisfied with both experiences, as their prices are lower than other parts stores and the shipping is very fast.
