Range has no model ID plate anywhere. Flip off electric at circuit breaker box. Opened top of range and noted details of the faulty burner, including confirm that outer coil was fried. I manually rotated the drum and could hear a noise in the lower right hand corner of the dryer. I turned off the breaker, removed the front covers to expose the blower fan. Blower fan was no longer attached to shaft and hitting the housing. Ordered a new blower assembly, rear bearing kit and lint filter on Friday at 09:00 AM and they arrived the next day at 13:00 (with standard shipping !!). 15 mins to troubleshoot. 30 minutes to replace parts and re-assemble. • Oven not heating evenly

Ordered new screws and door gasket. Replaced the old door gasket now the oven warms up faster and bakes the stuff easier. Replaced the missing door trim screws. Now the door close without making noises. Read more

I took it apart and cleaned and lubricated the rear support rollers and the belt pulley roller. I think the squealing was coming from the pulley roller. I then replaced the rear felt as it was badly deteriorated. The dryer now runs much more smoothly and quietly. Read more

Replaced ignitor with a new one. Should have tested old one before installing. New one did not work either. Traced problem back to defective thermo fuse by testing with a multimeter and found circuit open. Bought a new fuse and replaced. Ignitor cycling as designed now. Apparently fuse failed due to excessive heat. I will also replaced dryer vent hose and and clean out vent line. Read more

• Timer will not advance

I ordered the timer and knob on Monday, they arrived around noon on Tuesday, and within an hour I had them installed and back in business. I was amazed how quickly the parts got here. Followed the video- opened the front of the dryer and removed the drum. It was evident that one of the wheels had worn and wasn't turning freely like the other one. The video showed how to remove the roller. Very simple process and now the dryer works just fine. Read more

Start by removing the frame on the sides and bottom of the door. (Do not unscrew the corner screw holding the side frame and bottom together.) Be careful the glass will fall once the last screw is removed from the bottom so hold tight. Carefully remove glass and set aside. Remove top frame that held the handle.
