This plastic cap covers the end of the dishwasher rack slide rail to protect the tub interior and ensure smooth rack movement. Replace if the rack is difficult to slide, makes scraping noises, or if the cap is missing or damaged.

The part just snaps on the basket. You have to remove the clips on the end of the runner arms to be able to remove the basket. Once it was out the old arm snap off and you snap on the new arm. Only problem was my old arm was fine and I wished the company would just sell the gasket. It seems a waste to have to purchase the whole arm. This tube delivers incoming water from the inlet valve to the wash system inside the dishwasher. It connects the water inlet to the tub or spray arm assembly to ensure proper water flow during fill cycles. Replacing the inlet valve solved the problem. The old valve was somehow clogged with white sediment. I probably could have taken it off and cleaned it out if I'd known, but replacing the valve was much easier. Took about half an hour to repair. Video walk through was extremely helpful.
