Thought leak was coming from icemaker but refrigerator was making ice just fine. had puddle on floor just below freezer door. upon closer inspection realized leak was coming from drain line. there were 2 pieces of tubing and the connector. leak was coming from where tubing goes into connector. wanted to replace it. didn't know what it was called. did live chat with someone I think was named James. he sent me diagrams and I could identify the part. once identified I ordered it. boom.... I had called a local appliance repair tech to replace this part but he got sick before I received the clips. Took a little under an hour to replace the clips, install the new handle, the left side crisper drawer support, and a new crisper drawer cover (from a previous order).
