This vent assembly is mounted on the dishwasher door or inner panel and allows steam and moisture to escape during the drying cycle. It typically includes a vent cover and internal flap mechanism that opens to release hot, moist air. Replace this part if you notice poor drying performance, excessive moisture remaining on dishes after a cycle, or if the vent flap is stuck, broken, or no longer opens and closes properly.

This is the longer of the two dispenser lid hinge pins. For the shorter lid hinge pin order WPY912679.
The foam was shot on the detergent cup lid. Hard as a rock. Causing caking problems, dribble down the inside wall of the door and leaving lumps of detergent. Cut the door in half wit aviation snips and pulled out the two halves. Discovered at this point that the spring had gone soft. Bought one ahead of time, so I was set. Put the spring on the left pin, put the spring pin in the door, slipped the door into place (open) and put the right pin in with pliers. Door snaps open now. Read more

This is the circulation pump motor with an attached impeller that forces water through the spray arms during the wash and rinse cycles. It is the main pump responsible for water movement inside the dishwasher tub. Replace this assembly if dishes are not getting clean, the dishwasher fills with water but does not spray, or you hear a humming noise without water circulation.
I was able to pull the entire basket/pump/motor assembly out from inside the tub I did not pull the DW out of the cabinet. I did not remove/disconnect the water line or even have to disconnect/cut power. I only removed the drain tube and drain pump. The rest came out from inside the tub. Much easier than I anticipated. Replaced the control board after removing the inner door liner, plastice board cover and board itself, by removing screws, working various plastic clips/tabs and unclipping wire harnesses from board. most of time was spent cleaning the black soot from the door, which had a terrible burnt electrical/plastic fire smell. Cleaned mold/scale off of as much of the door as I could while in there as well. Removing parts without breaking plastic tabs to hold the new parts was trickiest part. Read more

I bought the part from AppliancePartsPros.com. Removed water inlet hose. Removed water outlet hose. Removed water inlet valve which was held on with one screw. Replaced the water inlet value. Reattached both hoses. It leaked a little bit, so I had to put plumbing tape and really make it tight. Then the leaked stopped. Read more
This is a small metal or plastic hinge pin that secures the detergent dispenser door on the dishwasher's inner door panel. It allows the dispenser cover to pivot open during the wash cycle to release detergent. Replace this pin if the dispenser door falls off, won't stay closed, or fails to open properly during a cycle.
10-32 thread machine screw secures panels, brackets, and internal components. Replace missing, stripped, or damaged fasteners to restore solid fit.
