Ordered and installed clips from AppliancePartsPlus. Only suggestion is a picture of exact INSTALLED location of part. The breakdown ordering picture is great but when it comes to installing parts that have broken and not longer attached, instructions would be helpful. Read more
Replace cracked, broken, or missing upper rack wheels that cause the top rack to slide poorly or fall off the rail. Includes roller and axle assembly.
Found the parts I needed on the Appliance Parts Pros website. Went to my local appliance store with the pictures from the website, and they did not agree that the replacement rack roller was what I needed. I was to return with a picture of my Dishwasher upper rack to show them. This was a 30 mile round trip, that I was going to have to do again before the parts I needed would even be ordered. Came home, went back to Appliance Parts Pros website and ordered the 2 items I needed. They... Read more

This is the longer of the two dispenser lid hinge pins. For the shorter lid hinge pin order WPY912679.
The foam was shot on the detergent cup lid. Hard as a rock. Causing caking problems, dribble down the inside wall of the door and leaving lumps of detergent. Cut the door in half wit aviation snips and pulled out the two halves. Discovered at this point that the spring had gone soft. Bought one ahead of time, so I was set. Put the spring on the left pin, put the spring pin in the door, slipped the door into place (open) and put the right pin in with pliers. Door snaps open now. Read more

This is the circulation pump motor with an attached impeller that forces water through the spray arms during the wash and rinse cycles. It is the main pump responsible for water movement inside the dishwasher tub. Replace this assembly if dishes are not getting clean, the dishwasher fills with water but does not spray, or you hear a humming noise without water circulation.
I was able to pull the entire basket/pump/motor assembly out from inside the tub I did not pull the DW out of the cabinet. I did not remove/disconnect the water line or even have to disconnect/cut power. I only removed the drain tube and drain pump. The rest came out from inside the tub. Much easier than I anticipated. There are some videos that demonstrate how to do this. I took my time and cleaned everything once I had it all out. Read more
This is a small metal or plastic hinge pin that secures the detergent dispenser door on the dishwasher's inner door panel. It allows the dispenser cover to pivot open during the wash cycle to release detergent. Replace this pin if the dispenser door falls off, won't stay closed, or fails to open properly during a cycle.
Secures water inlet tubing to create a leak-resistant seal. Replace if cracked, stripped, or unable to hold the line securely. Confirm fit with your model.
I bought the part from AppliancePartsPros.com. Removed water inlet hose. Removed water outlet hose. Removed water inlet valve which was held on with one screw. Replaced the water inlet value. Reattached both hoses. It leaked a little bit, so I had to put plumbing tape and really make it tight. Then the leaked stopped. Read more

Replaced the control board after removing the inner door liner, plastice board cover and board itself, by removing screws, working various plastic clips/tabs and unclipping wire harnesses from board. most of time was spent cleaning the black soot from the door, which had a terrible burnt electrical/plastic fire smell. Cleaned mold/scale off of as much of the door as I could while in there as well. Removing parts without breaking plastic tabs to hold the new parts was trickiest part. Read more

Adjustable clip holds dishwasher rack tines in place. Replace if clip is broken, cracked, or missing. Slides over lower rack cross sections.
I replaced the float switch. It was an easy enough repair. I didn't have to remove the dishwasher to do the work. The part is accessible from behind the front skirt. The only problem was there is not a lot of space to work in. Getting the fastener off and on requires a stubby nut driver. I used a flexible extension instead. I had to feel for the nut as the bottom of the door blocked my view. A ten minute job and the dishwasher is back in service (for half the cost of my local parts place) While... Read more
