Had to take the back cover off. It was very tight to remove the fan that sat in the drip pan but did get it off, was able to apply the same level of cursing and got the new pan installed, installing the drain tube was a breeze. Found the parts price very reasonable. Hoping the Whirlpool redesigned the pan so I won't have to do it ever again. I was surprised at how bad the quality of their original part was. Every six months I change my refrigerator filter. I purchased a new filter (UKF8001) and installed it just like I've done many times before. This time, when I first used the water dispenser, I got a horrible sound (kind of like a jack hammer/vibration) followed by very little water flow. I watched a YouTube tutorial on "fridge's not cooling". A few troubleshooting ideas were discussed, one of which was to replace the "device start" and "run Capacitor". I probably only needed the device start but decided to purchase both through "AppliancePartsPros.com" for a total of $134.
