I removed the spark igniters, which were rusted where they screwed into the burner and then removed the venturi tubes.. Removed screws all around one door. Once the door shells separated I could reach all of the parts I needed to replace. It was a breeze. I wrote down the oven model number and the part number on the back of the handle. I ordered the part online, expecting to see it in a few days. To my surprise it showed up the next day. Bought and installed new hinges. Repair took about an hour but I also cleaned all the glass inside and out on both oven doors. I had ordered extra screws as I read the old ones that hold the hinges were hard to get in as they were self taping but the screw labeled 5 next to the hinge were not the right ones. All old screws worked fine. You just need to put a little power to them to get them started. Easy repair. Read more

Start by removing the frame on the sides and bottom of the door. (Do not unscrew the corner screw holding the side frame and bottom together.) I ordered the new oven bottom from Appliance Parts Pros and within three days I had a brand new oven bottom. Took the old one out, the new one fit superbly. The next time I will definitely put foil or an oven liner on the bottom rack to catch the drips from the pies as the Aqua-lift cleaning system on the Whirlpool oven did not do the job. Read more
