Unfortunately, the 2 most used burner heads had immovable screws that locked them into the orifices underneath. Removed screws all around one door. Once the door shells separated I could reach all of the parts I needed to replace. It was a breeze. I wrote down the oven model number and the part number on the back of the handle. I ordered the part online, expecting to see it in a few days. To my surprise it showed up the next day. Bought and installed new hinges. Repair took about an hour but I also cleaned all the glass inside and out on both oven doors. I had ordered extra screws as I read the old ones that hold the hinges were hard to get in as they were self taping but the screw labeled 5 next to the hinge were not the right ones. All old screws worked fine. You just need to put a little power to them to get them started. Easy repair. Read more

I ordered the new oven bottom from Appliance Parts Pros and within three days I had a brand new oven bottom. Took the old one out, the new one fit superbly. The next time I will definitely put foil or an oven liner on the bottom rack to catch the drips from the pies as the Aqua-lift cleaning system on the Whirlpool oven did not do the job. Read more
