Suspension rod kit connects the outer tub to the washer base for support and stability. Replace when rods are worn, broken, or causing excessive movement.
Rebalanced the load but noticed the drum was sitting lower and the springs were wore out and it went out of balance easy, so i got the suspension rod kit and installed it and it works much better.
