Suspected a clogged condensation drain line. Took out all the shelves and drawers, condensation unit is toward the bottom of the frdige on inside, I could see that there was ice build up. I unplugged fridge, placed fan in firdge to speed up the thawing of the built up ice. Your guy was great and the parts were shipped promptly. So there was no "repair!" Simply pulled out the old drawers, and put them in the recycle can! Nw ones slid right into place. Replaces broken or cracked door closure lever assembly in your refrigerator. Installs at base channel under kickplate to help doors close properly.
Replaced upper and lower thimble's, lever arm, cam closure. Door stop was not the problem, but ordered it and replaced it too. The door of course has to come off, remove the top hinge, and lift it away. Lubricated moving parts with silicone spray. Be sure and put the door back in the open position, so the lever arm and cam closure can properly interact, then close the door. Remove the plastic grate at the bottom to get at the lever arm. Replaced the stripper and fill cup - turns out that the fill cup came with the locking tab broken off. The stripper had a missing paddle, and ice cubes would jam and shut down the ice maker periodically. Let the ice maker warm up after you remove it so the plastic is not so brittle.
