The amount of water being dispensed into the ice cube tray was excessive, causing overflow of the tray. The water then ran into the collection bin and even down the side walls of the freezer creating a huge block of ice in the bin, and ice all over the lower shelves as well. Bought the complete coil assembly, and separated the heater tube. Had to bend each tang that held the heater tube. Took some time, but honestly was not that big of a deal. Took a fill day to defrost before turning back on, as the drain port in the fridge was completely frozen. Not too mention a hidden block of ice in the fan assembly. Removed lower rear cover, compressor was very hot. This is usually a capacitor issue, but the schematic on the back of the unit shows a start/ run relay. For the low cost, I replaced both. parts were delivered in 2 days. The start/ run relay is mounted directly to the compressor. It slides on/ off with a little bit of prying. No fasteners.
