Turned off 40 Amp breaker. Removed shelves from oven. Removed two screws in back panel holding element in place. Slowly pulled element free making sure wires stayed attached and not lost in oven insulation. Removed two wires from old element. Attached wires to new element. Pushed wires back into oven rear wall. I ordered the both the Pcb assembly and a heater sheath. Upon accessing the Pcb, I immediately discovered it had failed miserably, (contacts burnt and melted, wiring and insulation on one wire suffered severe electrical damage. Used multimeter to diagnose no continuity through heating element. Took out element and found underwire from a bra (C-cup I think...) had shorted it and caused a break.
