Ordered a new Faceplate Graphics, removed old faceplate and installed new. Required removing control panel with switches and display, including 10 screws to get to the faceplate. Faceplate has glue on rim, so had to peel off old faceplate, remove residue, then put on new. Not difficult, but reaching to remove the screws was a little challenging in a small kitchen. This fix went great, no problems, about 15 min of work. Just a heads up: the distribution of the wires on the back of the replacement unit was pretty different from the original part (and the part photo on this website). But the wire tabs were labelled on it, so it only took a few minutes to get the wires lined up right. Works like new now! Read more

I went to the Appliance Parts Pros website and spoke with Shawn in customer service via the chat option. He was very helpful and suggested I order the thermostat for my stove. I read about the particular error code on blogs online. Most people agreed that it was the keypad membrane that was not working. I have never done any repairs on an appliance, but YouTube had great videos of someone changing out that particular part. Looked for solution on YouTube, found the possible solution. Looked up part number on AppliancePartsPros. Ordered it came in two days. Took of back, removed old board. Put in new board. plugged it in. Put back together. Worked fine. 1 hour start to finish. Cost was at least 2/3rds less than a new gas range. Read more

The oven control panel went in easily -- 4 screws to get access to it and four more to replace it. the panel does not include the face plate surface, but the existing plate can be removed from the control panel using a butter knife and re-used on the new panel. it holds on to enough of the stickiness. • Touchpad does not respond

I looked online for possible repair solutions when the range would not turn off. I found that the membrane switch goes bad on these models. I looked online for available parts and Appliance Parts Pros had the item in stock. I ordered and it was here the next day. Ordered a new Oven Control unit and an Overlay (ours was punctured in a few places -- old and brittle). Opened the stovetop and removed some screws from the front control panel area. So, this is a common problem, and the fourth time I have done this for someone in by neighborhood. Takes about 10 minutes, and requires very little skill. You simply unscrew the oven from it's mount points, pull it out a little bit, remove the four sheet metal screws holding the panel in place, unplug electronics, and plug the new panel in.
