We were worried we would have to buy a new dishwasher, as our buttons weren't responding and the dishwasher wasn't cleaning well. But it was only 2 years old, and it really feels like dishwashers should last longer! Ordered a new Oven Control unit and an Overlay (ours was punctured in a few places -- old and brittle). Opened the stovetop and removed some screws from the front control panel area. Followed the advice from Appliance Parts Pros' video to take a photo of the locations of all the connections on the old panel before removal -- that was an instrumental step to the success of this project! Replaced Case Water Filter assembly DA81-05883A. Please read my post entirely before starting. I completed all the tasks that I could without having to disconnect the refrigerator since it was full of food. Suggest that owners of similar refrigerators move the compartment one notch down on the door so when the compartment door is left open and the refrigerator door is closed the comp. door does not come into contact with the refrig. interior light housing. On-line chat with AppliancePartsPros told me the error code was was for motor speed and they sent me a .pdf file on what to do to T/S it. Following the sheet I checked motor and Tack resistance and wiring - all OK, so I ordered a Motor Controller Ckt board assy. It arrived in 24 hours, during that time i watched the replacement videos and removed the old part. Searched out and found AppliancePartsPros.com had one of best prices, and relative quick delivery. Received part in just a couple days. Unpackaged part and located correct torx screw driver. Removed 6 screws holding lower front panel. Next removed all screws holding broken mounting tabs that were from original facia panel. Andrew helped me trouble shoot the problem. First I replaced the elments but that did not fix the problem. When I spoke with Andrew he told me how to test the OHMS on the new and old element and they were both readying 26 OHMS. I then replaced the control panel for the clock and oven controls. Well the bake button worked so we kept using that and only using the oven on 350 degrees for almost a year.
