This is an electronic noise filter assembly that mounts on the dishwasher's power supply line. Replacing the switch membrane restored full function. Relatively easy. Had to pull stove out just a few inches to provide access to two side screws holding control enclosure. This is the electronic phase control board that regulates the motor speed in a stand mixer. It adjusts power delivery to the motor based on the speed setting selected by the user. I replaced the Board-Phas and speed control plate since power was not making it to the motor. Turn off power to machine, Take off door panel - 12 screws. hold up door panel a bit and make sure to remove the ribbon from the touch pad to the control module (use some pliers to rock it out of the board). Since I was changing the Module, I just removed the 1 screw that held it in place and it gave me some more room to get my hands in there and remove all the wiring freeing up the board to remove the touch pad ribbon last (I didn't want to tear it because I was not replacing it and after 9...
