Used the schematic provided to select the parts needing replacement and placed the order. Parts arrived and swapping new for old was simple. For the most part it was a matter of taking out the old and putting in the new. There were a few screws with wheels to replace but that was easy as well. I took the machine screws out of the outer panel for the right side only. Then pull the panel back a bit to release the lips from the front of the machine and had immediate access to the internal assembly that housed mounting nut. First, I took the whole thing apart and cleaned every spot...the main culprit seemed to be the float. It was pretty gunked up and seemed to be not working...after a good cleaning it was fine...but once I pulled the unit out and checked underneath I noticed the heating element was loose, leaking, and had burnt off the blade connecting ire. Start by removing the frame on the sides and bottom of the door. (Do not unscrew the corner screw holding the side frame and bottom together.) Be careful the glass will fall once the last screw is removed from the bottom so hold tight. Carefully remove glass and set aside. Remove top frame that held the handle. Received the part, and easily removed the two metal covers on the front of the trash compactor (total of eight small metal screws) to gain access to the backside of the roller assembly (locking nut). Used a socket wrench to unscrew the nut and removed the old assembly. The new assembly easily bolted into location, followed by reinstalling the metal covers. All in all, a quick and easy repair. First and foremost, don't believe everything you see on Youtube. In order to get to the gas solenoid that feeds the burner you MUST take the entire top off that side of the range. Remove the grates and burner tops. You will see 2x 20mm brass nut, or so it appears, that hold each burner in place on the splash/drip pan. Order set of drum rollers. My dryer required four. As long as I was opening up the dryer, dryer, 10 years old, I wanted to replace all of them. Also ordered new belt for Sam reason. Found the belt was thrown off. Reinstalled the belt and when doing so felt that the pulley was wobbling on the barrel shaft. Took the pulley off and noticed the inside of the pulley was worn badly and needed to be replaced. When received the new pulley and belt easily installed and was working like new. Read more
