The video was very helpful, but my KitchenAid model required slightly more steps. Only the two screws in front held the filter housing, same as the video shows, but it has to be removed from the rear. I removed the plastic plate at the top of the microwave (behind the door) by unscrewing two screws with a screwdriver. I then pulled out the old filter, and placed the new one in the designated area. No tools are needed to insert the filter....just a screwdriver to remove/replace the plastic plate. Very simple.
