What's included: One acoustic fiber insulation pad. Install notes:

Disconnect power and pull the refrigerator forward for rear access
Remove the lower rear access panel and note the insulation's placement/orientation
Position the new pad in the same location; keep clear of coils, wiring, airflow paths, and moving parts
Reinstall the access panel and restore power; verify no contact or obstruction

First I emptied and cleaned out the entire refrigerator. Then I unplugged and defrosted the unit. As that was happening, I vacuumed out the back compressor area. ( the noise reduction pad disintegrated so replaced) , Googled the problem, and watched a youtube video on how to test and fix the issue.
