Water leaking from under/behind fridge (two sources) three problems a comedy of errors Joanne R. • Brookfield , WI • November 09, 2015
We noticed a puddle of water in front of the fridge a couple of months ago-dried the floor up both times and thought someone had dropped ice-or spilled water. A couple of weeks ago there was water dripping through the dropped tile ceiling in the basement. I shut off the water for the water supply to the fridge at the copper pipe in the basement and removed some of the tiles which felt a little damp. It still dripped all day. When my spouse came home he pulled down more of the tiles. It was as...

Ice (broken seal) fizzer light out due to ice then auger motor auger coupler and solenoid cube failure Damon B. • Tumwater , WA • December 19, 2015
This was a two and half year issue as different things failed at different times. I would get one part, then another would fail. Ultimately, I got to a point where what failed, I hadn't been ordered the part yet.
The seal on the freezer door took three bathing's before it plumped up and un-creased. The directions on the box it is shipped in said to heat the seal up in hot water then cool it down with tap water. I didn't need to do that. It took a lot of massaging of the seal, but...

Leaking connector on my lg refrigerator Harold R. • Trimble , MO • October 23, 2015
I ordered the part I needed using Appliance Pro's website, all parts were clearly shown with part's identified with a number, scrolling down on the page showed those numbers making identifying my part super easy. The best part of the transaction was the speed of delivery, I ordered my parts on Saturday and they arrived on Monday and the repair was simple . Now that's what I call service. I will most definitely use Appliance Pro's again.

Connector was leaking Joseph C. • Aston , PA • August 24, 2015
Cut off old connector and attached new one. Was very easy. But then the water line sprung a leak above the connector. Once on, the connector can't be removed, so I had to order another connector (paying shipping again), cut away the connector and leaking section of hose, then reinstall the new connector. All very easy, just annoying. Shipping was very fast so it made it easier to deal with.

No water or ice coming from refrigerator door/water leak from old inlet valve Enid K. • Camas , WA • September 20, 2014
Bought a house where the previous owner removed the water filter components from the 15 year old Whirlpool refrigerator and I found the water supply to be shut off. I researched which parts would be needed to get the water/ice functioning again with the help of online chat and problem-solving (different sized water lines and connectors needed to bypass the water filter). When the parts arrived, I watched the video tutorial and it was an easy fix--less than 1/2 hour. The water and ice making...

Needed to replace the water filter in my refrigerator but the filter didn't fit and from what the other one looked like i needed an adapter Nancy S. • Pewaukee , WI • January 25, 2016
When the adapter arrived, I wasn't sure it was the right one as it looked completely different. The fridge is old, and I inherited it when I moved in 4 years ago and it hadn't been replaced since I wasn't aware it needed changing. I inserted the adapter into the new filter, aligned the arrow on the filter to the one on the fridge panel and turned the filter accordingly and it seemed to fit fine. I made sure it was tight enough and it seems to be fine now. I ran the water from the door...
