Online videos made this seem an easy fix. I unplugged the oven and removed the rear panel, then found where the temp sensor entered the oven. I unplugged the sensor's electric connector. Unlike the videos, this sensor screwed in from the inside of the oven, so I had to remove the 2 screws inside the oven which hold the sensor in place. I determined my thermostat was defective, ordered the thermostat which arrived in two days and I replaced the thermostat and I now have a full bin of ice !!! When I pulled out the dryer from the wall, I could see dust/lint had accumulated everywhere and the vent system was compromised. I vacuumed up the dust/lint accumulation outside and then inside the vent system. I then opened the lower cabinet to clean and check its condition. I removed the water steamer bottle and its sub-assembly and then the drum. After watching numerous videos I was able to discern that the problem was with one of the following: the timer, the heater, or the thermostat. a short time check showed me that the timer was working so that narrowed it down to the other two. Not having the necessary tools to check those two I ordered both parts. I removed the back panel in freezer and light cover then the following: remove the rusted clips, unplug heater and replaced new heater, the thermostat defrost I unfasten, clip on replacement and connected plugs. Read more

I knew i had a bad thermal fuse when it wouldn't start, so i took it apart and noticed the belt was getting ready to break. i went online to your website and was able to get all the parts i needed at a good price, they said shipping would only take 1.7 days which actually turned into 5 but it was easy to fix once i got the parts. highly recomend them Read more
