Dissolves limescale, mineral deposits, and odor-causing residues from dishwasher tub and spray system. Use monthly to maintain peak cleaning performance.
Very smooth. I ordered the door and the control panel. It is helpful to have an extra set of hands when removing the screws from the door or place something under it so it doesn’t drop. The door comes off with about 10 screws. They are different length. Short screws go into steel, long go into plastic. Remove the door and upper facia/control panel. You’ll need to disconnect the wires. The panel has two parts that need to be transferred. 1. The electronic panel. It’s white and has a row of... Read more

I went to your web sight. I entered the GE dishwasher model # and found the gasket was available. While looking up the needed gasket I happened to see an applicable how-to replace the gasket video and watched it. It was easy to follow and VERY helpful. As I watched, I wrote down the gasket replacement procedure step-by-step. I ordered the needed gasket and received it in 2 days (AMAZING). The replacement entailed disconnecting the water supply, the power supply and the discharge hose. I removed... Read more
Seals dishwasher door perimeter to prevent water leaks during operation. Replace if you notice leaking from door sides or bottom. Easy 5-minute install.
I ordered door seal and bottom strip seal: GASKET TUB PLASTIC Number: WD08X22094 GASKET BEACH PLASTIC: WD08X21894 I had done this once previously and removed the door. That was not too bad but trying to put the door back on the hinges by myself was a bit of work. This time I: 1) removed the 2 screws at the bottom of the door. 2) opened the door all the way 3) slowly pulled the door back on the hinges till I could pull out the bottom gasket 4) slid the new gasket back in place 5) pushed the... Dishwasher won't start or run? A faulty door latch prevents cycles from beginning. This latch assembly secures the door and activates switches. 5-10 min fix.
After I double checked that the unit did have power to it, I concluded it was probably a switch or the User Interface Board. I found the parts on the AppliancePartsPros for the best price and delivery. After the parts were delivered two days later, it took me a couple hours to disassemble and re-assemble the door for the dishwasher and luckily everything seems to be working fine three days and three loads later. The only issue I had was with the User Interface board..... this is a generic... Read more

Replacement silverware basket for dishwashers. Holds utensils and flatware securely during wash cycles. Needed when original basket is cracked or broken.
Our GE was installed about 8 years ago and was AWESOME for much of its early life. However, progressively its cleaning ability diminished. By replacing all the spray arms (clogged with debris), filters, drain hose, and sump...this dishwasher cleans like it did when it was new! Cost was around $100 (also replaced a wheel and the silverware basket) and labor was relatively simple. And to think...my mother-in-law said, "Wouldn't it just be easier to buy a new one?!?". Dishwasher not filling with water or filling too slowly? The water inlet valve controls water flow into the tub. DIY-friendly repair with video guide.
I figured it was the valve, but searching on the Appliance Parts site, somebody said they fixed it by replacing the switch flood assembly. So I order both parts. The Switch Flood Assembly was easiest to replace, so I decided to try that first. When I pulled out the old assembly, I noticed it did not 'rattle', as the new one did. So, there is apparently a float ball that had gotten stuck. I put the new one in and poof.. it worked. The only update to the instructions is a reminder that the... Read more
