I was attempting to tighten the handle on my oven door which required removing the outer door panel. As I was very carefully setting the door down on my tile floor, one side slipped from my hand and the corner dropped literally only about a half-inch onto the floor and the glass shattered. Although the outside of the shipping package was damaged in transit (partially crushed, holes punched in side), the replacement door assembly was packed very well with foam padding and plastic wrap that prevented any damage to the part in shipping.
