Dishwasher worked fine except the top rack would keep coming off the rails, could see the rollers needed replacement. Washer is 10 years old, and in that time the rollers had become brittle and broken. At first tried to use old screw and washer, but washer was impossible to remove from screw as I have hard water and the calcium deposits seemingly cemented it. Following the great video on the site, I pulled the motor off and was about to put the o-rings on when I noticed there was rust on the motor shaft. Very close inspection showed the o-rings were still good. Not having time to order a motor, and a local store was having a sale, I replaced the whole unit. Read more

Removed the lower hinge and repaired it, It was bent, allowing the bottom of door to rub on the inside of refrigerator. With the parts purchased along with the repair made to the hinge. The door now works as it should. Read more

Read the reviews on your site and watched your video and decided it was worth a try to fix rather than to replace stove. Ordered the igniter for the oven then I also ordered the igniter for the broiler as it was sluggish as well. When you go, go all the way. Only problem I had was with the wire nuts, wish that something more substantial was provided. Got the stuff quickly, as promised and installed as per video and oven and broiler work like new. It's an easy fix. Just remove the two screws holding it in place. Then it will be easier to remove the supply line. Disconnect the quick-connect wires. Remove the rubber hose and clamp. Attach the rubber hose and clamp to new part, attach supply line, attach wires and then screw back into place with screws. Turn on the water and test for leaks. Read more
