Replace a cracked, broken, or missing outer housing cover on your range. This trim piece protects internal components and restores the finished look.
If your oven won't turn on or takes several minutes to light, the igniter is likely failing. This flat Norton style igniter typically takes 30 minutes to replace.
The hardest part was getting the gas valve to turn. An old all metal one from the 1950s located in a narrow space that usually holds a drawer. Finally got it to turn using a crescent wrench on the metal part that turns and a pipe wrench to hold the valve still. Then it was smooth sailing except for stripping the wires on the short bit attached to the oven. Had no desire to pull the oven out of the wall, so made it happen. Turned the gas and power back on and presto the oven lights again. The... Read more
Gas burner won't light or clicks but doesn't ignite? Replace the igniter switch to restore spark and reliable lighting. Simple 15-30 minute DIY fix.
Very simple fix. Pull off burner knobs. remove 6 screws for faceplate, and remove. Used needle nose pliers to remove two wires, then old igniter pulled straight off. Actual fix took about 3 minutes. I spent way more time in cleaning faceplate and knobs before putting back together - even with that took only about 30 minutes for total job. Very easy. Read more

Secures components inside your range or oven. Replace this bracket if it's bent, broken, or missing to restore proper mounting, alignment, and stability.
Replacement roller for range drawer rails. Supports smooth drawer gliding along tracks. Replace when worn, cracked, or causing drawer binding or misalignment.
Ordered rollers for the rails and a new drawer with rollers. The drawer and its rollers came separately and not attached as shown in the picture. Once we got the rollers on the rails (had to remove rails from the stove in order to hammer the rollers for attaching) and the rollers on the drawer box we couldn't slide the drawer in past the rollers on the rails. Wound up taking the rollers off the drawer, pulling the stove out for access from the back. Reinserted the drawer and then reattached the... Read more

I got online and researched what might be the possible cause of that problem with my Frigidaire countertop range. This model is probably 15 years old, but I was able to locate what appeared to be the cause of my problem, a broken switch. I found Appliance Parts Pros online and was able to identify the part that I needed. I was also helped by a conversation with a young lady who helped me identify the exact part for my model range. I ordered the part and it arrived in less than a week. I watched... Read more
