Easy fix. Took two screws out of top door hinge. Lifted door off of bottom hinge. Laid door on blanket on floor. One cam part went on the hinge that was on the fridge, snapped in place. One cam part went on bottom of door, one screw to replace. Replaced door on bottom hinge then put top hinge back on. Job done. Read more

I called appliance parts pro and they sent out a replacement. Just a note - you really need to get the model numbers "right" because if you don't you end up with the wrong parts. When I checked the refrigerator and got the correct numbers the part I ordered the second time fit fine. I was able to send the "wrong" part back without any hassle.
