The Heater Box is an OEM part for Whirlpool dryers. It houses the heating element that generates the hot air required to dry clothes efficiently. The heater box ensures optimal heat distribution within the dryer, contributing to uniform and effective drying cycles. 

Causes of a bad Heater Box include overheating, which can warp or damage the box, restrictions in airflow causing inefficient heating, and physical damage that can compromise the box's integrity. 

Symptoms of a bad Heater Box include:

• Clothes taking longer than usual to dry
• The dryer operating at higher temperatures than normal
• Unusual noises during operation, indicating potential airflow or mechanical issues
• The outside of the dryer becoming unusually hot during cycles

This OEM Whirlpool part is also compatible with Maytag, KitchenAid, Jenn-Air, Amana, Magic Chef, Admiral, Norge, Roper and some Kenmore models.

This replacement air duct channels circulation air through the appliance, guiding it between sections to help maintain more even temperatures. A cracked, warped, or missing duct can leak air and reduce overall cooling performance. What it does:

• Routes air from the evaporator/fan to the outlet vents
• Helps balance airflow and temperature between compartments
• Gaps or misalignment can cause weak airflow or warm spots
• Cracks may lead to frost or condensation around the vent area
• Broken tabs or wear can create rattles or looseness

• Disconnect power before servicing; wear cut-resistant gloves.
• Remove shelves/covers to access the duct; note screw locations and any nearby sensors or damper components.
• Transfer any reusable foam seals/insulation from the original part and reinstall using existing hardware.
• After reassembly, ensure vents are clear and the fan operates smoothly.

This replacement terminal box encloses the dryer's rear power-cord connection area. It shields the terminal block and wiring to help prevent arcing and heat damage, supporting safe, reliable operation.

• Houses and protects the terminal block and cord connections at the rear of the dryer
• Provides mounting points for the cord strain relief and cover
• Helps contain heat from loose/overheated connections to reduce risk of damage
• Damage here can contribute to scorching/melting at the cord entry, tripped breakers, or intermittent/no power

• Disconnect power before servicing; for gas dryers, also shut off gas supply
• Access the rear terminal area and document wire routing before disassembly
• Install the new box using existing hardware; transfer wiring and reattach the cover/strain relief
• Tighten terminal screws securely and verify correct cord configuration before testing

WPL VENT KIT, 4-WAY ULT

This dryer blower housing encloses the blower wheel and directs air from the drum through the lint filter to the exhaust vent. Replacing a damaged housing restores proper airflow for consistent drying and helps keep lint contained within the airflow path.

• Encloses and supports the blower wheel while channeling air from the drum to the exhaust
• Maintains correct airflow and back pressure for efficient drying performance
• Replace if the housing is cracked, warped, melted, or otherwise damaged
• Typical symptoms include weak vent airflow, longer dry times, rattling or scraping from the blower area, or visible lint leakage

• Disconnect power; if gas, also shut off the gas supply
• Access the blower area by removing the lower/front panel and lint ducting as required by your model
• Transfer the blower wheel and any brackets from the old housing; clean lint from ducts before reassembly
• Ensure the housing seats fully and all duct connections are tight; spin the blower by hand to verify clearance before restoring power

Replace a damaged collector duct to restore proper ventilation airflow. This kit channels air from the appliance's intake to the exhaust path, helping reduce leaks, noise, and recirculation for consistent capture performance.

• Note airflow orientation and gasket locations; dry-fit before fastening
• Seal joints with UL-listed foil HVAC tape; do not use cloth duct tape
