Once top of washer is removed, there is a troubleshooting guide taped to the underside of the washer top. It verified the problem was the CCU (electronic control board). Before removing old CCU, have a plan for labeling the connecting wires; with tape & marker and a sketched diagram, because nothing is labeled and there are many wires. It was very tight to remove the fan that sat in the drip pan but did get it off, was able to apply the same level of cursing and got the new pan installed, installing the drain tube was a breeze. I replaced the auger motor. You have to remove complete ice maker. Everything is just like help video to do except yoke dispenser. I watched video several times. Yoke will not just tap loose, after 30 minutes of tapping, I was using screwdriver to brace. I used a Dremel tool to cut part of shaft, came off easy then. After that, the repair went great. I have ice, I noticed motor I received was stronger. Parts came on time stated and worked great. I will order again on other repairs. Read more
