I reviewed the schematic and saw the Volute Seal, and Impeller Seal were the two that were closest my source of water. After watching the video about changing the Impeller/seal I removed the motor, impeller, and volute; I found that the impeller seal was the faulty one in my case. Figured it was either the capacitor and/or motor. Ordered both parts to be sure. tried changing the capacitor first; same problem. Replaced the motor (leaving the new capacitor in place).
