I searched on your website for a replacement stem. Unfortunately the stem is not sold separately. I purchased the entire valve after confirming with your online rep that I was ordering the correct part. I received the valve in 2 days removed the stem and inserted it directly into the existing burner valve. Perfect fit easy installation and burner works as it should. Simply repair and I probably saved $100 by not calling a repair tech to come to my home. Read more

The parts arrived in short time. Had to go to YouTube to learn how to get the door off. My range is about 2004 model. The YouTube video I found did not represent my installation but gave me enough information to remove the clip so the hinge could come free. Installing the handle was difficult to impossible to get the attaching screw in. I finally had to drill out the screw receptacle a bit to where I could get the screw in.
