The clips on the rear side of the drawer box were broken. Easy to locate the part on the website. Part in hand in two days and installed in about five minutes. Needed to remove the drawer and use a 1/4" driver, remove the broken slide and install the new one. Read more

I first needed to remove the panel that held the glide. I had to pull the stove out to access the back retaining screw (1/4 inch hex head). Then I had to remove the screw in the front of the stove. However, I used a square bit to remove the screw. I used a block of wood to tap the glide out of the sheet metal panel holding the glide. I used the block of wood to tap in the glide as well.
