The receptacle that held the burner element in place was broken so the burner would not make a connection and heat up. I ordered the receptacle kit. Power is going to the elements at all times and the control switches close to the ground side. removed the back panel to have access to the wiring of the element. Disconnect the two wires to the broil element and then opened the oven door and removed the screws holding the element in place.
