The Microwave Lever is an OEM part for GE built-in and over-the-range microwaves. This metal lever links to the door handle and activates the door switch when the handle is pulled open.

Causes of a bad lever can include wear from daily use over many years. Repeated opening and closing of the microwave door puts stress on the lever and surrounding components. 

Symptoms of a bad lever include:

The Latch/Switch Holder (Left Side) is an OEM component specifically designed for GE microwaves. It is responsible for securely mounting the latch and door switch components on the left side of the microwave door. 

Symptoms of a bad latch/switch holder include:
