I actually fixed the issue by poking out the orifices and clearing the hole but the customer wanted to replace it anyway. Read more

A word of caution - Due to not fully analyzing the situation upfront, I ultimately replaced more parts than necessary. So don't forget to check the spark module (the little electronic gadget that powers all the igniters), rather than jumping to the conclusion that the individual igniter or associated igniter cord is the problem (as I mistakenly did).
