This is a wheel and bracket assembly that mounts to the bottom of a dishwasher dishrack, allowing it to slide in and out smoothly on the track. The roller supports the weight of the loaded rack and reduces friction during movement. Replace this assembly if the dishrack is difficult to slide, sits unevenly, or if the roller is cracked, worn, or no longer spins freely.
Ordered new wheel assembly, which came in about a day and a half. The broken assembly was on the left front so I only had to slide the dishwasher out just enough to expose the two mounting screws on the outside of machine. When you remove the old assm there are two rubber washers on the back side. If you didn't order new ones, remember to remove them from broken assembly and install them onto the new piece.Overall this is an easy fix and took about ten minutes including pulling the machine away... We scoured the web and there are few references to this so I want to add it in case it helps. Replacing hinges solved the popping opening issue. We could not solve our dishwasher door issue after a number of other tries: Latch, Catch, Ropes that attach to the springs that pull the door closed. I tend to believe the solve could be different b/c all these things work together. But for us, we were skeptical that the hinge swap would work and we were very pleasantly surprised. Read more
Seals the rear of your dishwasher's circulation pump to prevent leaks. Replace if you notice water pooling or dripping from the motor area.
I first thought the leak came from the pump assembly rear o ring. I was wrong. The water was leaking from the pump. The pump assembly was shipped in 1 1/2 days with 2 more o rings. I lubed the o rings with dish soap, they slid in perfectly. reinstalled the clamp and screws and was ready to reinstall the dishwasher. Worked great. Next time I will buy the pump the first time. Buying the o rings separately adds $$. Read more

I started looking at new dishwashers and was quickly disheartened with the cost of these simple machines. There's really not much to them and yet they're so much money for what they do. I popped off the pump and took a look at it and cleared some "gunk" and hair out but it didn't fix the issue. Jumped on AppliandPartsPros.com and ordered the pump on a Friday night and had the part in hand Tuesday night after work. Took about 10 minutes total (dishwasher out and back installed, literally in... Read more
Dishwasher won't wash or makes no noise during cycle? The pump and motor assembly circulates water through spray arms. Moderate difficulty repair.
Dishwasher failed to run normal cycle. Would fill and then empty, but would not run through the normal rinse/clean cycle. Determined that the Sump/Motor Assembly needed to be replaced. Dishwasher had to be pulled out to access part. Was difficult to snap into place and had to maneuver several times to get a tight seal before reattaching peripheral components. Ran a one-hour cycle to test for leaks and efficiency before reinstalling unit under counter. Read more
